Cloudflare considers the incident resolved, but technicians continue to monitor systems to ensure that all services are stable and error-free.

The global outage occurred on November 18 at around 2 p.m.: Cloudflare reported a "deterioration in service performance." Several major platforms became inaccessible due to the outage, including social network X (formerly Twitter), OpenAI, and the website of the video game League of Legends.
