The media doubt that the White House will officially recognize the temporary suspension of aid.
As we will recall, on January 24, Politico reported that US Secretary of State Marco Rubio had issued an order that allegedly suspended spending on most foreign aid programs for 90 days. However, the order did not concern the financing of military aid to Ukraine.
