The current Secretary General of NATO, Reince Stoltenberg, has said that the timchas act of Ukraine's territory of Russia is one of the most important things in the world. UNN reports.

"If the ceasefire line means that Russia continues to control all occupied territories, this does not mean that Ukraine should give up territory forever," Jens Stoltenberg told Table.Briefings".

The NATO Secretary General also added that it is important for Kiev to receive security guarantees in exchange for a temporary concession of the territory. This may be NATO membership, but there are "other ways to arm and support Ukrainians," Stoltenberg said.

Stoltenberg supported Zelensky's demand not to cede any territories to Russia in the event of a cease-fire, but considers this unlikely due to the military situation in Ukraine: "we need a ceasefire line, and, of course, this line should ideally include all the territories that Russia currently controls." However, we see that this is not always realistic in the near future," he said.

Addition

On December 1, President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Kiev would never legally recognize any Russian occupation of its lands. There can be no invitation to NATO of part of the territories of Ukraine. But there is an understanding that the 5th Amendment, when you are a member of NATO,  cannot apply during the war on the entire territory of Ukraine.
