Over the past seven days, the enemy has carried out three massive attacks on the gas infrastructure facilities of the Naftogaz group.

This is said in a statement by the group, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

The report says that one of the CHP plants of the Naftogaz group was under attack last night.

Prior to that, during the week, the enemy had been hitting gas production facilities in the Kharkiv Region, as well as targeting critical facilities in the Sumy and Chernihiv Regions.

"These facilities have nothing to do with military purposes. Russian terrorists are committing yet another act of terrorism aimed at depriving Ukraine of gas, heat and light in winter," said Serhii Koretskyi, the Chairman of the Board of the Naftogaz of Ukraine.

It is noted that all services of the company are working in an enhanced mode.

On the night of October 3, the russians struck the largest massive blow to the gas production assets of the Naftogaz group since the beginning of the full-scale war.

The russians fired 35 missiles, including a significant number of ballistic missiles, and 60 drones at the facilities in the Kharkiv and Poltava Regions.

The army of the aggressor state of russia on the night of October 15 massively attacked the Dnipropetrovsk Region with attack drones, the attack damaged the energy infrastructure, and also caused damage to transport and industrial facilities.

As a result of the russian strikes, Ukraine will have to increase gas imports by 30%.
