Russia launches 113 attack UAVs overnight: 57 downed, 56 disappear from radar

Russian forces bombarded Ukraine with an S-400 missile and 113 UAVs on the night of 20-21 December, of which 57 were shot down and 56 disappeared from radar. Ukrainska Pravda informs.

Details: It is specified that the Russians launched an S-400 anti-aircraft guided missile from the temporarily occupied part of Donetsk Oblast towards Poltava Oblast. In addition, they attacked Ukraine with 113 attack UAVs that were launched from the areas of the Russian cities of Bryansk, Millerovo, Oryol, Kursk and Primorsko-Akhtarsk, and the temporarily occupied city of Berdiansk in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.


UAVs were confirmed to have been shot down in Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts.


In Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv oblasts, the downed attack UAVs damaged houses and apartment buildings. Casualties were reported.
