Cabinet and IMF begin consultations on state budget

The Cabinet of Ministers, together with the International Monetary Fund, have begun consultations on the state budget.


The IMF has said this in a statement, the Ukrainian News agency reports.


Ms. Priscilla Tofano, Resident Representative of the International Monetary Fund in Ukraine (IMF), made the following statement today in Kyiv.


"An IMF team, led by Gavin Gray, starts meetings today in Kyiv with the Ukrainian authorities and other stakeholders. The discussions will focus on the authorities' fiscal policy plans for the remainder of 2024 and the medium term," the IMF press service quotes Priscilla Tofano.
